At Sodexo we know how important our fantastic family of Finance Operations Assistant are to keeping our site running smoothly, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Operations Assistant to join our prestigious Colchester, Essex!

Responsible to the Brigade Secretary (Bde Sec) & J8 Budget Officers for the collation, maintenance, administration, and distribution of financial information, returns and activities.

What you'll do:

16 Air Assault Brigade Combat Team is one of the busiest Army Brigades overseeing multiple training and operational lines of activity. The Finance Operations (J8) team retains oversight of all this activity, ensuring maximum effectiveness and value for money is achieved.

  • The Finance Operations Assistant will be required to liaise with multiple stakeholders to achieve the required J8 team outputs.
  • The Finance Operations Assistant is required to support the Brigade Budget Officers in the provision of financial support to 16 Brigade.
  • Comply with all Sodexo company policies/procedures.
  • Comply with all legislative requirements.
  • Adhere to any local client site rules and regulations.
  • Role model safe behaviour.

Flexibility on work schedule and location may be required.
