Package Description
Sodexo Contract, 37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday Inclusive, daily schedule 7:00 am - 3:00 pm or 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 23 after 3 years
This role is based in the Sodexo offices outside of the main hospital
Job Introduction
This is an exciting newly created role – supporting the collaborative Projects, Variations & Life Cycle teams. You will be responsible for engaging & coordinating appropriate work streams with the Hard FM, Projects, & Life Cycle teams, collating and updating various reports, liaising with internal & external stakeholders, escalating findings and providing a high level of customer care. Working to KPI’s and SLA’s – you’ll be a real problem solver that thinks on their feet and can delegate tasks accordingly. You’ll be accustomed to working in a technical, hard FM team and familiar with Microsoft office & asset management software systems.
Main Responsibilities
Context:
- To establish and maintain excellent customer relationships and develop confidence in our systems and processes.
- To maintain open and effective lines of communication with Sodexo Managers and all Sodexo and Trust staff.
- To present a professional and courteous image at all times.
- Ensure adherence to the Core Standards policy.
Assignments:
- Receive and allocate External permit requests
- Updating permit to work tracker
- Collate recharge information and make available to appropriate stakeholders
- Closing down the relevant documentation with stakeholders
- Providing a high level of customer service to external, internal, onsite and offsite parties
- Building relationships
- Translating data
- Handling calls, emails, and other streams of communication
The Ideal Candidate
Essential:
- Experience of working within a Hard FM team
- High level of communication both verbal and written
- Forward thinking and solution orientated mind set
- Excellent IT skills
- Confident with dealing with difficult stakeholders
- Accustomed to managing various deadlines
- Accountable
Desirable:
- Previous experience within a Health Service context
- Demonstrating maturity in working with Hard FM groups
- Any specialist knowledge relevant to the health care environment.
