Job Introduction
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a front of house supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join a highly reputable business that encourages career progression and offers excellent rates of pay and company benefits.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are monitored, measured and managed
- Gain regular feedback from customers
- Actively seek and identify opportunities for business growth
- Ensure that the Sodexo Health and Safety policy is adhered to at all times
- Consideration to the three checks for safety before completing an task
- Ensure the methods of preparation, production and presentation conform to Sodexo and the School’s standards
- Carry out any other reasonable request by the management team
- Carry out daily cleaning as per the daily and weekly schedules
- Ensure the standards within the catering area are in accordance with the service level agreements and client expectations
The Ideal Candidate
- Good interpersonal skills
- Adaptable to any changes requested by the School or Sodexo
- Experience of working in a team and on own initiative
- Positive attitude, self-motivated
- Flexible approach to the role
- Some previous catering experience is required
