Package Description
Salary is up to £30,000 per annum with an excellent flexible benefits package
Working Pattern – 7am to 4pm Monday – Friday with some flexibility

This exciting role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join our high performing and innovative team as a Catering Manager.
You will be passionate about food and hospitality and want to make a real difference in people’s working day. You will be responsible for the restaurant, vending and our coffee shop you will also manage our new click and collect app service we have recently developed bringing healthy, nutritious and delicious food to our customers safely.
We work really closely with our client and you must be able to build strong working relationships with them to be able to work collaboratively and meet expectations.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide a first class catering service for our client, being an ambassador for our Modern Recipe Food offering
- To provide innovation across our restaurants, coffee shops and vending options.
- To manage, train and develop the on site catering team
- Responsible for stock taking and managing new deliveries
- Be responsible for a clean and hygienic work area through the management of your team
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role such as corporate catering, high street restaurant or retail food offering would be perfect!
- An excellent relationship builder – you will have a lot of interaction with our client and customers so this is key!
- Good IT skills (Have used Microsoft packages before and be able to pick up any new systems quickly)
- A real team player – we are a strong, high performing and innovative team who pride themselves on the service we deliver.
- An excellent people manager- we want you to inspire and develop our catering employees to be the best they can be!
