You’ll be an established workplace, facilities or hospitality leader who understands that exceptional workplace experience goes far beyond the physical environment. It’s about creating a place where people feel welcomed, supported and able to perform at their best.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior workplace, facilities or hospitality leadership role.
- Experience leading a multi-disciplinary Workplace Experience team.
- A background within a premium corporate environment, such as a global headquarters, FMCG, banking or technology organisation.
- Experience delivering services to C-suite stakeholders, senior executives and VIP visitors.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills with the credibility to operate at senior leadership level.
- A track record of improving employee or customer experience through innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong commercial, budget and contract management capability.

- A hospitality-led approach to workplace and service delivery.
- Experience delivering employee engagement and workplace experience programmes.
Why this role?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of Workplace Experience within a complex, high-profile global headquarters and influence how employees, executives, clients and visitors experience the workplace every day.
You’ll have the scope to shape strategy, develop high-performing teams, introduce new ideas and drive meaningful workplace transformation, while working alongside senior stakeholders to ensure services continue to evolve with the needs of the business.
