We are seeking a dedicated Bid Writer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our success. In this role, you will produce high quality, winning bid documents that are not only easy to read and engaging but also tailored specifically to meet our clients’ unique needs. Your expertise will help us articulate the benefits of the Sodexo proposition, demonstrating our capabilities and differentiators with evidence based, compelling narratives. • Author and storyboard tender responses in line with scoring criteria and win strategies, ensuring alignment with client specific themes and Sodexo’s broader value propositions.
  • Review, critique, and improve proposal content continuously by sourcing high quality internal and external information, and aligning with market best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Bid Manager and Graphics team to ensure a cohesive, visually engaging presentation that highlights key messages through infographics, charts, and images.
  • Adapt and refresh existing proposal materials to enhance quality and relevance, and work closely with the Business Development team to tailor bids for the Healthcare segment.
  • Support client engagement activities such as site visits and internal meetings to deepen understanding of client needs, thereby enhancing proposal quality.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Sodexo’s tenders are market leading and demonstrate clear added value.
