Location: Diageo Shieldhall, 500 Renfrew Road, Glasgow, G51 4SA
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday–Thursday, 07:00–15:00; Friday, 07:00–12:00
Contract: Permanent, full time

As a Cleaning Operator with Sodexo at Diageo Shieldhall, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming workplace. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will make a difference to the people who use the site every day.

You’ll join a team that values reliable service, teamwork and a job well done.

What you’ll do

• Carry out cleaning duties across your allocated areas, following site schedules and standards.

• Clean floors, surfaces, fixtures and fittings using the appropriate equipment and products.

• Maintain hygiene standards in washrooms and communal areas, replenishing supplies as needed.

• Empty bins and dispose of waste in line with site procedures.

• Use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following training and instructions.

• Report maintenance issues, hazards and supply shortages to your supervisor.

• Follow site health, safety and security procedures.

What you bring

• A reliable, organised approach and good attention to detail.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A willingness to follow instructions and learn site cleaning procedures.

• A helpful, respectful attitude towards colleagues and site users.

• Previous cleaning experience would be helpful, but no specific qualifications are required.
