 What You'll Do:

  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, COSHH and Safe Systems of Work while overseeing food quality and service standards.
  • Supervise daily operations, leading, motivating and delegating tasks across service, wash-up and cleaning teams to ensure efficiency.
  • Deliver and support excellent customer service, stepping in during peak periods and maintaining a friendly, professional environment.
  • Manage service flow, ensuring areas are well-stocked, counters replenished, and service opens and closes on time.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation, including overseeing cleaning rotas and deep cleans.
  • Handle customer feedback and service issues, resolving promptly and escalating where needed
  • Monitor equipment and food safety, reporting faults, removing unsafe items and ensuring a safe working environment.
