As one of the first points of contact for employees and visitors, you'll help create a welcoming café environment, delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety are maintained. Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple front of house stations in a modern, fast-paced workplace.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist employees and visitors with a friendly, professional approach
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service throughout the café
• Prepare and maintain seating, dining and service areas
• Ensure all customer areas, fridges and service stations are clean, tidy and fully stocked
• Understand menu items, ingredients and allergen information
• Operate coffee machines, beverage equipment and tills
• Monitor and replenish food, drinks and consumables throughout service
• Complete opening and closing checks
• Support stock ordering, rotation and storage
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, COSHH and health & safety standards
• Respond professionally to customer feedback and requests
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless five-star service

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in a Front of House, café or hospitality role
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience delivering excellent customer service
• Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, welcoming and guest-focused approach
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good understanding of food hygiene, allergens and food safety
• Ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
