We’re currently seeking a friendly and reliable Barista to join our team at Patheon, Swindon. You’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality food and beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.


What you’ll do

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to company standards
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation
  • Provide a welcoming and efficient service to customers at all times
  • Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment, including equipment and service areas
  • Restock counters and ensure all service areas are well presented
  • Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Support the wider team and carry out additional duties as required

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in a barista, catering, or food handling role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards
  • A professional and positive attitude with high personal standards
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Food Hygiene certification
  • COSHH or First Aid knowledge
