Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of mechanical, electrical and building fabric projects across a portfolio of corporate client sites.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated project professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects from inception through to completion while building strong client relationships.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a range of M&E and building fabric projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

As a Project Manager you'll: 

  • Managing multiple projects across a portfolio of corporate sites.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring projects comply with health and safety legislation, including CDM regulations.
  • Managing project budgets, programmes, risks and reporting.
  • Coordinating internal teams and external contractors to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Monitoring quality, cost and programme performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery.
  • Producing project reports and ensuring contractual KPIs are achieved.

What we're looking for:

  • A recognised Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent).
  • Proven experience delivering mechanical, electrical and building fabric projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including CDM regulations.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within an outsourced Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) environment is desirable.
