£30,870-£32,000 Salary + Bonus

Job Introduction
We are looking for a Conferencing & Programming Planner to join our team at Fulham Pier, Craven Cottage. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of conferencing and event programming, ensuring a high-quality experience for our clients and guests.
This is a varied position combining administrative responsibilities with operational event delivery, where you will play a key part in ensuring events run smoothly from initial planning through to execution.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and maintain event schedules and conferencing programmes
- Support the planning and delivery of event timelines and programming calendars
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to confirm event requirements
- Prepare and distribute event documentation, run sheets, and briefings
- Manage bookings and maintain accurate records within event systems
- Provide on-site operational support, including event setup and coordination
- Support ticket scanning and registration processes where required
- Act as a point of contact during events for clients, delegates, and attendees
- Monitor event delivery and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement of event processes and customer experience
What You Bring:
Experience:
- Experience in an events, conferencing, hospitality, or administrative environment
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working with clients or stakeholders
- Familiarity with booking, scheduling, or ticketing systems
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to problem-solve and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Experience supporting live events, conferences, or exhibitions
- Experience with event programming or speaker coordination
- Experience in a customer-facing operational role
