About the Role

We are looking for an AV Junior to join our team at 1HQ Diageo in the heart of Soho, just a short walk from Oxford Circus.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within Audio Visual and Workplace Experience services. You will support the delivery of high-quality AV services across the site, helping to ensure meeting rooms, events, and presentations run smoothly and professionally.

What You'll Do

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of Audio Visual services across the site
  • Assist with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of AV equipment
  • Provide first-line support for meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Support internal events and presentations
  • Maintain AV equipment and ensure all systems are operating effectively
  • Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues, visitors, and clients
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and site standards
