This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. The hospitality areas require Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium. 

 This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional, guest‑focused service. You will lead a small team within a food‑led environment, ensuring seamless service, impeccable presentation, and memorable matchday experiences. Working closely with senior management, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards across every service.

Main Responsibilities

• Presenting the award winning food to the guests at the table
• Welcoming guests and taking orders
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
•  Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in hospitality, ideally within premium or food‑led environments
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong attention to detail and high personal presentation standards
• Confident leading and motivating a small team in a fast‑paced setting
• Passionate about delivering outstanding, personalised customer service
• If you thrive in high‑end hospitality, enjoy live event environments, and lead from the front, we’d love to hear from you.
• Availability to commit to the majority of matches throughout the season (fixtures released in June) which start in September 2026
