Main Responsibilities 

• Lead the strategic and operational delivery of a major client account across Scotland
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery across all sites, aligned with Sodexo’s standards and values
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency
• Lead, inspire, and develop on‑site and regional teams to deliver outstanding results
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring commercial targets, budgets, and KPIs are achieved
• Identify opportunities to enhance services, expand scope, and support account growth
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

 The Ideal Candidate 

You will bring proven experience in a senior operational or client‑facing leadership role, ideally within a service‑driven, multi‑site environment. You will have a strong track record of:

• Managing large‑scale client accounts with complex operational requirements
• Building influential relationships with senior stakeholders
• Leading high‑performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence
• Delivering operational, financial, and commercial performance
• Driving innovation, continuous improvement, and service enhancement
• Balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership
