Main Responsibilities 

  • Lead the development and execution of Sodexo’s strategic growth agenda across key markets
  • Build and nurture senior‑level relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Identify emerging opportunities, market shifts, and strategic partnerships that fuel long‑term expansion
  • Shape compelling, client‑centric value propositions aligned with Sodexo’s mission and service capabilities
  • Oversee major bids, rebids, and strategic commercial initiatives to secure sustainable, profitable growth
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop high‑performing business development and commercial teams
  • Use data, financial modelling, and competitive insights to inform decisions and strengthen commercial outcomes

The Ideal Candidate 

You will bring extensive experience in senior commercial, growth, or business development leadership roles, with a proven ability to:

  • Deliver significant revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Lead and develop high‑performing teams in fast‑paced, competitive environments
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
  • Create innovative, commercially robust solutions that win and retain business
