We are particularly interested in individuals with experience managing a broad mix of contract types, including Facilities Management (FM), food services, and multi‑service environments.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client priorities and Sodexo’s long‑term objectives
- Build and nurture senior‑level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless operational delivery and service excellence
- Manage a diverse portfolio of contracts, including FM, food, catering, and integrated service solutions
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth, service expansion, and commercial optimisation
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to influence both client direction and Sodexo’s business strategy
- Mentor, support, and develop account managers to build high‑performing, engaged teams
