Job Introduction

As the Transformation Director, you will play a central role in planning, driving and governing the growth of our UK&I region. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will provide critical market and competitor insight to inform decision‑making and ensure our regional plans align with segment go‑to‑market priorities.

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of the region’s transformation roadmap, ensuring key programmes are executed effectively and deliver measurable impact. You will oversee the design, management and assurance of the initiatives required to support our growth agenda, while also leading high‑priority projects as they arise. Working closely with Group Transformation & PMO and Group Strategic Planning, you will build and lead the UK&I transformation professional community, developing capability and strengthening best practice across the PMO function.

Main Responsibilities 

• Market & Competitor Insight: Deliver deep analysis to support decision‑making and shape action plans
• Planning & Business Alignment: Lead the annual planning cycle, identifying trends, defining initiatives and assessing investment needs
• Transformation Programme Leadership: Oversee the regional roadmap, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and benefits are realised
• Special Projects: Partner with senior leaders on high‑impact transformation projects, navigating complexity and influencing outcomes
• Change Leadership: Embed change management into key programmes, ensuring strong engagement and organisational alignment
• Business Management: Lead business planning, reporting and governance to ensure alignment with regional objectives
Leadership: Build and develop a high‑performing team, fostering excellence and continuous improvement

 The Ideal Candidate 

  • You will bring significant senior leadership experience within business‑to‑business services, with a proven track record in transformation, change leadership and programme delivery. You combine strong commercial awareness with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity.

    You demonstrate resilience, empathy and confidence when leading change, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Your communication and influencing skills enable you to build trust quickly and work effectively across functions and seniority levels.

    You will be comfortable leading collaborative efforts to deliver large‑scale transformation, navigating complex environments and aligning diverse teams behind shared objectives
