Job Title: Chef
Location: Unilever Seacroft, Seacroft, Leeds, LS14 2AR
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (1 weekend day in 3)
Shift Pattern: 07:00 – 15:00
Pay Rate: £13.63 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team at Unilever Seacroft. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a professional kitchen environment, delivering high-quality food and maintaining excellent standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with menu specifications
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are consistently maintained
• Support with stock control, food preparation, and kitchen organisation
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all site procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the wider catering team

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 in Culinary Arts, City & Guilds, or equivalent
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
• Ability to carry out manual tasks and work in a physically demanding role
• Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• IOSH qualification (desirable)
