Reporting & Insights Specialist (Client Reporting & Governance)
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland.
Salary: €65,000 plus benefits
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking a Reporting & Insights Specialist to support our Corporate Services accounts, with a strong focus on client-facing reporting, governance packs, and stakeholder communications.
This role is less about deep data analytics and more about bringing data together, shaping the narrative, and presenting it clearly to clients. You will work closely with Account Managers and operational teams to produce high-quality reports, Power BI dashboards, and polished presentations used in client governance and review meetings.
If you are confident working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and enjoy turning data into clear, professional outputs for senior stakeholders, this role offers strong visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Client Reporting & Governance
- Produce monthly and quarterly client reporting packs aligned to contractual KPIs
- Create governance presentations and slide decks for client review meetings
- Ensure outputs are clear, structured, and aligned to stakeholder expectations
Data Consolidation & Insight
- Bring together data from multiple sources to create accurate, consistent reports
- Highlight key trends, risks, and performance insights (without deep technical analysis)
- Support Account Managers with ad hoc reporting and client requests
Visualisation & Presentation
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational and performance reporting
- Create clear, visually engaging charts and summaries in Excel and PowerPoint
- Translate data into simple, client-friendly messaging
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with operations, finance, and HR to gather and validate inputs
- Support client teams by preparing materials for meetings and presentations
- Adapt reporting outputs based on client feedback and requirements
Quality & Standards
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and version control across all reporting
- Maintain high standards in presentation quality and branding
- Handle sensitive data appropriately
About You
Essential
- Strong experience in reporting, MI, or business reporting roles
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (this is core to the role)
- Experience producing client-facing reports, packs, or presentations
- Comfortable using Power BI for dashboards and visual reporting
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to present data clearly, not just analyse it
- Confident working with stakeholders and supporting client-facing teams
Desirable
- Experience in facilities management, corporate services, or contract environments
- Exposure to KPI / SLA reporting within client contracts
What You’ll Deliver
- Client-ready monthly & quarterly reporting packs
- Governance slide decks for stakeholder meetings
- Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards
- Clear, concise performance summaries and insights
