Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour plus service charge

Working Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Job Introduction

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Waiter / Waitress - Part Time to join the front of house team at The Wallace Collection.

The Wallace Collection is located in the heart of Manchester Square, serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea daily within a stunning courtyard setting.

You will be working amongst inspiring and breath taking masterpieces, welcoming our guests and serving them in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Building a rapport with our guests and assisting them on wine and food selections are important in this role to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing excellent table service in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Ensuring guests receive a warm, friendly, and memorable experience
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to maintain high standards

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

• Previous experience in a table service restaurant is essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and a team-focused approach
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
