Salary: £58,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Lead a High-Profile IFM Environment
This is not a standard Facilities Management role. Set within one of London’s most iconic heritage estates, including the world-famous Old Royal Naval College, this role offers the opportunity to operate within a UNESCO World Heritage setting.
You will be leading services across a truly prestigious environment where history, architecture and modern academic excellence combine - delivering facilities management at the highest level within a landmark campus.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Operations and Workplace Experience, you will take ownership of operational delivery, performance and client relationships.
You will be responsible for delivering Hard FM and integrated services - Team size: approx. 145
This role combines operational leadership, technical oversight and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Hard FM / IFM services across the estate
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and SLAs
- Drive performance against KPIs and minimise risk
- Lead and develop operational teams
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Support financial performance and budget control
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IFM / Hard FM environments
- Strong technical knowledge (M&E / compliance)
- Experience managing teams and performance
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Data-driven and solutions-focused mindset
