Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Four Acres, George Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 7PD
Rate of Pay: £16.32 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, flexible shifts between 07:00–15:30 and 13:30–22:00
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

Job Introduction
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional food in a dynamic kitchen environment? We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at Unilever Four Acres, one of our flagship corporate sites. In this newly created role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the kitchen brigade to provide a first-class catering service to our client and their guests.

Role Responsibility

• Support the Head and Sous Chef in delivering high standards of food production and hygiene.

• Assist in the smooth running of the kitchen, maintaining quality, consistency, and compliance.

• Lead sections during service and help coordinate the team as needed.

• Contribute to menu development and ongoing improvement of the food offer.

• Ensure adherence to food safety, health and safety, and all company compliance standards.

• Work proactively and calmly under pressure, bringing strong communication and organisational skills.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a similar chef role within a high-paced environment.

• Ability to multitask, work flexibly, and manage kitchen sections independently.

• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

• A calm, positive, and professional approach in service and preparation.

• No formal qualifications required, but experience is essential.
