Are you a reliable, customer-focused individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards?

We are looking for a Cleaning Operative to deliver day-to-day facilities and housekeeping services across allocated floors on site. The key focus of this role is to ensure all services are delivered confidently, efficiently, and in a timely manner — with minimal disruption to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, replenish stock, clean and maintain all housekeeping areas within your allocated floor to required standards, ensuring customer needs are met and anticipated
• Respond positively, politely, and promptly to customer requests in a professional manner
• Maintain washrooms, vending areas, and fridges in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
• Collect and segregate waste, ensuring internal and external bins are kept in good order
• Manage the collection and disposal of confidential waste appropriately
• Respond to ad-hoc cleaning requests on site
• Adhere to all company and client policies, procedures, site rules, and Health & Safety regulations

Accountabilities

• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks as directed by the Supervisor
• Undertake all required training relevant to the cleaning service delivered
• Comply with all client policies and procedures
• Maintain professional standards and company uniform while on duty
