Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday shifts between  07:00-17:00
Must be fully flexible during these times

We are launching an exciting new flagship site in Kingston and are seeking an experienced Hospitality Steward to join our team.

This is a premium 5-star hospitality environment, and we are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar high-quality catering, restaurant, café, or corporate setting who understands exceptional service standards, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Purpose of the Role

To support the day-to-day operation of the Catering Department, providing a clean, welcoming, and professional environment where building occupants, visitors, and guests can purchase food from the Restaurant, Café, and Hospitality services.

You will uphold all Food Safety and Health & Safety standards in line with company guidelines, while delivering outstanding customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and company procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Accurately process all transactions using the till system (cash and cashless).
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained, rotated, and professionally displayed.
  • Keep all service areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
  • Support hospitality functions and special events as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar high-standard hospitality or catering environment.
  • Understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety practices.
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, premium service environment.
  • Flexible to support events and occasional out-of-hours functions.
