Full Time | 6-Month Contract

30 hours per week

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 14:00

Friday: 07:00 – 11:00

Pay: £13.45 per hour

About the Role

We are recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our team at a prestigious corporate site in Glascoed. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and wants to be part of a supportive, professional environment.

You will play an important role in ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and welcoming for colleagues and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services across all designated areas
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in line with agreed standards and schedules
• Complete routine and periodic deep-cleaning tasks
• Use appropriate safety signage to ensure a safe working environment
• Handle cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH regulations and company procedures
• Wear the correct uniform and PPE at all times
• Report maintenance issues or faulty equipment to your Supervisor
• Monitor stock levels and request supplies as required
• Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Support colleagues and assist in other areas when needed
• Participate in training and ongoing development opportunities

About You

• Previous cleaning or service industry experience is desirable but not essential
• Good understanding of workplace Health & Safety practices
• Basic knowledge of COSHH and safe chemical handling
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, organised, and attentive to detail
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
