Evening Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Corporate Headquarters, Burgh Heath, KT18 5UX

Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 9:00pm (flexibility can be considered for start time). 

Pay: £15.60 per hour

Role Overview

Join Sodexo’s team at the prestigious Toyota GB Headquarters and play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for all. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Evening Cleaning Supervisor to lead our onsite cleaning team and ensure our high standards of service are consistently delivered.
 

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll guide your team, maintain quality standards, and make sure every evening shift runs smoothly. If you take pride in creating great environments and enjoy leading people, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and overseeing the onsite evening cleaning operation
• Organising team workloads, ensuring all areas are covered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Managing stock levels and ordering cleaning materials through approved suppliers.
• Keeping equipment in excellent working order — arranging repairs, replacements, and regular service checks.
• Identifying and removing any unsafe equipment, reporting faults promptly.
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene standards, fire safety, and all Sodexo and client policies.
• Spotting hazards around the site and taking action to maintain a safe environment for all building occupants.
• Promoting a positive safety culture and supporting your team’s well‑being and development.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven cleaning experience, with previous responsibility for supervising or leading a team.
• Solid knowledge of professional cleaning practices, COSHH, and Health & Safety regulations.
• A confident communicator who is organised, reliable, and able to motivate others.
• Someone who can work independently, use initiative, and adapt to changing demands.
• A team player with a proactive, flexible approach to work.
