An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Manor Park, Twycross — a vibrant and creative working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes real pride in their work and is ready to step into a leadership role where they can truly make an impact.

You’ll play a key role within the site team, leading day-to-day cleaning operations while working closely with the on-site team to deliver a high-quality, professional service. This is a hands-on leadership role where attention to detail, high standards, and a collaborative approach are essential to maintaining a workspace that reflects Sodexo’s values and commitment to excellence.

What you'll do: 

  • Deliver and maintain exceptional cleaning standards across the site, providing hands-on support whenever needed.
  • Carry out weekly building audits and ensure all work orders are completed within agreed SLAs.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the on-site cleaning team, ensuring training is completed and standards are consistently met.
  • Manage staffing levels effectively, ensuring smooth cover during planned and unplanned absences.
  • Promote and maintain full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies.

What you'll bring: 

  • Proven cleaning experience with a strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Experience working to schedules and monitoring performance to ensure consistent quality.
  • Strong customer service skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience, with a positive, hands-on and supportive approach.
  • Good administrative skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, “one team” environment.
