Commercial Finance Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to act as a strategic finance partner to the business. This role will drive commercial decision-making, profitability, and overall financial performance across a major corporate services contract. You will provide high-quality financial insight, support operational delivery, and ensure strong financial governance.

As a Commercial Finance Manager you'll: 

• Partner with Operational Teams and Global Strategic Account teams to drive financial performance and improve revenue, margin, and KPIs

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring action plans are delivered

• Provide financial insight and challenge to Account Directors and senior site managers

• Build strong relationships with clients and support governance meetings and commercial discussions

• Lead critical elements of the month-end process, ensuring accurate reporting, invoicing, and variance analysis

• Deliver clear monthly performance commentary across sites and service lines

• Support financial performance improvement initiatives, including growth and trading protection plans

• Track client spend, savings performance, and contract improvement activity

• Maintain effective financial controls, processes, and reconciliations

• Support and train operational teams on financial matters

What we're looking for:

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years’ proven finance experience

• Strong commercial finance and business partnering background

• Excellent financial modelling, analysis, and reporting skills

• Ability to present complex financial information clearly

• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
