Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for casual Chef de Partie to join our amazing team.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistent standard

• Support daily preparation, service and menu delivery

• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety and organisation

• Work collaboratively with colleagues in both kitchen and front of house teams

• Uphold Heritage Portfolio standards relating to quality, safety and sustainability

The Ideal Candidate

About you

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis looking to progress

• Passion for fresh food with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a busy service environment

• Strong communication skills and a positive team approach
