Join Sodexo as a Floor Captain in London and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality workplace experience. This role is ideal for a confident, customer-focused professional who enjoys leading by example, supporting teams on the floor, and ensuring service standards, safety, and client expectations are consistently met in a fast-paced, professional environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for building occupants and provide reception cover as required
  • Open and close the office as per rota and support inductions for new users
  • Ensure floor areas comply with health, safety, environmental, and site guidelines
  • Monitor building services and equipment, reporting faults to the relevant service partners
  • Manage workplace supplies, including coffee points, stationery hubs, and multi-functional devices
  • Support deliveries, meeting room bookings, client communications, and provide a high standard of hospitality service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven customer service or host experience within prestigious or blue-chip environments
  • Experience delivering multi-skilled services while meeting individual customer needs and service levels
  • Relevant training and experience to work in line with legislative and statutory requirements
  • Confident communicator who can handle feedback professionally and challenge ideas when needed
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to multi-task, prioritise, and work independently or as part of a team
  • Reliable, detail-focused, flexible, and hands-on with a can-do attitude and strong commitment to service excellence
