About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Services Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management (IFM) services at the Eli Lilly site in Limerick. This is a senior, client-facing role with full responsibility for service delivery, financial performance, compliance, and people leadership.

You will act as the single point of contact for all FM activities on site, ensuring outstanding service delivery, strong client relationships, and full regulatory compliance, while driving continuous improvement and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of multiple FM services across the site
  • Take full ownership of contract performance, KPIs, SLAs, and compliance
  • Manage financial performance including budgets, forecasting, P&L and cost control
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading regular performance reviews
  • Provide visible, confident leadership to multidisciplinary site teams
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, GMP/GDP, and regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with central and segment subject matter experts
  • Identify and deliver service improvements, efficiencies, and growth opportunities
  • Drive high standards of employee engagement, performance, and development

About You

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within an outsourced or IFM environment
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management
  • Significant experience working in a regulated environment (GMP/GDP), ideally 5+ years
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, diverse teams
  • Strong communication, influencing, and decision-making skills

Desirable:

  • Facilities, Engineering, or Technical qualification
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG environments
  • NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualification
  • BIFM or other relevant professional qualifications
