About the role
Are you passionate about food and eager to take the next step in your culinary career? Sodexo is looking for a motivated Trainee Chef/Apprentice to join our dynamic kitchen team at HMPPS Newbold Revel.
Must be 18+ to apply
Hours: 40 per week
Days: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
Location: HMPPS Newbold Revel, Stretton Under Fosse, Rugby CV23 0TH

What you’ll do:
Learn and develop essential cooking techniques from experienced chefs
Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
Work as part of a supportive, fast-paced team
Gain hands-on experience while studying toward a professional qualification
