Job Introduction

At Sodexo, we’re looking for a proactive Cleaning Supervisor to manage the day-to-day cleaning of our site facilities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring work is carried out safely and to agreed schedules, while supporting the team with any additional tasks needed to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day cleaning of site facilities
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely and to agreed schedules
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Support and guide the cleaning team with additional tasks as required
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the site

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent standards of cleanliness
• Professional, flexible, and committed, with a high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills when working with Sodexo and client teams
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous supervisory experience in a similar cleaning role
