Location: Cluny Bond, Fife
Working Hours: 42 hours per week (flexible working days, no fixed shift pattern)
Rate of Pay: £13.10 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Join Sodexo as a Security Officer at our Diageo Cluny Bond site in Fife and be part of a team that plays a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all. If you are confident, flexible, and have a good working knowledge of basic IT systems, this could be the role for you.

You’ll need to have a valid Security Guard Licence and First Aid certification to be considered for this position, as well as a full UK driving licence. Right to Work and SIA vetting will also be required as part of pre-employment checks.

What you’ll do:

• Carry out security patrols and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disturbance

• Provide a visible and professional presence on-site to deter unauthorised access

• Operate security systems including CCTV and access control

• Respond to incidents and emergencies as required, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

• Support the wider site team with general security duties and health & safety protocols

What you bring:

• A valid SIA Security Guard Licence

• First Aid certification

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

• Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office or similar)

• A flexible and proactive approach to work with a strong sense of responsibility
