You will support the delivery of our Corporate growth strategy through new business development and cross-selling, providing thought leadership and guidance to operational teams while cultivating strong, strategic relationships with key and target clients. As the primary representative of the Corporate Business Development team, you’ll shape a robust sales pipeline through expert client insight and relationship management, setting new benchmarks for success across the industry.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring proven experience in selling and managing complex food and hard FM contracts, ensuring you can confidently develop solutions that draw upon the full range of Sodexo services and offers.
What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion through strategic business development
- Build and nurture senior-level client relationships
- Develop innovative, client-focused solutions aligned with Sodexo’s values
- Inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams
- Deliver profitable new business opportunities and rebid existing contracts
- Use financial modelling, competitive analysis, and compelling proposals to secure and grow business
What We’re Looking For
This is a food-first role. To be considered, you must have:
- Proven experience in selling high-end food service solutions
- Extensive experience in senior business development or sales roles
- A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Expertise in managing complex food and hard FM contracts
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams
