Job Introduction

Sodexo is looking for a proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Essex. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across our client sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. What you’ll do:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting efficient and professional service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment across all equipment, service areas, offices, and communal spaces.
• Oversee restocking of cleaning supplies and ensure all service areas are fully equipped.
• Monitor and inspect completed work, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Conduct training sessions and carry out additional duties as required to support the smooth running of cleaning operations.
