  • Taking part in high-profile school events, from celebrations to conferences

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on food safety, compliance, and school standards

If you’re passionate about food education, leadership, and variety in your day-to-day work, this could be an exciting next step.

  • Confident leadership, communication skills, and a collaborative approach

  • Flexibility to travel throughout Scotland (with expenses covered)

  • Knowledge of food safety, compliance and operational standards

  • Qualifications such as NVQ Level 2+, Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent)

  • Experience in fine dining, multi-site support, or large team leadership is a bonus, but not essential.

What You Bring

  • Exceptional cooking and presentation skills

  • A positive, proactive attitude

  • Financial awareness (costing, stock control, budgeting)

  • Strong organisation and adaptability

  • Comfortable using digital systems for recipes, compliance, and communication
