Register Your Interest: Culinary Leadership Opportunities – Scotland (Education Sector)
Full-time | 40 hours/week | Day shifts (occasional evenings/weekends) | Travel expenses paid

What to Expect
These future opportunities are ideal for chefs who enjoy dynamic, evolving roles. You may be involved in:
Supporting school kitchens across Scotland, ensuring smooth operations and consistent high standards
Championing innovation in food presentation, menus, and student dining experiences
Coaching, mentoring, and developing kitchen teams
Helping roll out new concepts, openings, and seasonal food initiatives
Taking part in high-profile school events, from celebrations to conferences
Acting as a subject matter expert on food safety, compliance, and school standards

Who We’re Looking For
We want to connect with chefs who bring:
Strong culinary expertise in high-volume or high-quality environments
A passion for people development, food trends, and innovation
Confident leadership, communication skills, and a collaborative approach
Flexibility to travel throughout Scotland (with expenses covered)
Knowledge of food safety, compliance and operational standards
Qualifications such as NVQ Level 2+, Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent)
Experience in fine dining, multi-site support, or large team leadership is a bonus, but not essential.
