Job Introduction

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm. However, flexibility may be required to cover evening and weekend working to meet business needs

Job Introduction

As a Cleaning Team Leader at Sodexo, based at RAF Benson, Ewelme, Wallingford OX10 6AA, You will be entrusted with overseeing cleaning services that help create a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all. This site serves as home to our armed forces personnel, and your work will directly contribute to enhancing their quality of life. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate your team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain cleanliness in offices, kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies like cleaning products and consumables.
  • Champion health and safety practices, conducting regular safety checks and reporting hazards.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to your team to ensure their success and well-being.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns professionally.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in cleaning or a supervisory role, with knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • A team player who takes direction and supports others.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
  • Please note you will need a Driving License and be over 25 for this role
  • Due to security requirements you must have been continuously resident in UK for last 3 years to apply for this position
