We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Operative to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities. This is a hands-on role, and duties will split between general FM Coordinator tasks and ad-hoc cover for Helpdesk Administration This role covers a range of support functions including FM Handyman tasks Fabric and fixtures repairs and maintenance, support the Deliveries of materials and stores, MAC Sup-port, Off site stores, laundry coordinator duties with cleaning team and Inductions and Training. The person in this role will work closely with all FM teams to ensure smooth operations and communications.
What you'll do:
- Provide Day to Day FM operational support -Fabric and Fixtures Planned Reactive Maintenance support issues which may arise in Soft, Hard or Office Services
- Reactive response to Client FM operational support via Helpdesk or direct
- Ad-hoc Cover to Operate and oversee FM Helpdesk activities
§ Manage and close assigned PPM Reactive tasks using Maximo (training provided), ensuring full SLA compliance
What you'll bring:
Technical background Experience in Building Services Workplace Environment
Customer-focused with a reliable and responsible attitude
Strong communication and time management skills
Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks work hands on supporting FM operations – MAC and deliveries
Strong interpersonal skills and clear written/verbal communication
Advanced IT skills, especially MS Office
Experience in food production or manufacturing settings (preferred)
Full Irish driving license
Able to operate handheld computer systems to log audits, events, and cleaning checks.
