Business Support Centre Operative
Location: Kingston | Permanent | Full Time | £14.62 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00 or 08:30–17:00
We are looking for a dependable and proactive Business Support Centre Operative to join our team at the Unilever site in Kingston. If you enjoy supporting others, take pride in your work and thrive in a busy environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly and professional team delivering high-quality business support and mail room services.
What you’ll do:
Deliver daily mail room operations, including sorting, distribution, and dispatch of mail and packages
Provide business support tasks as required by the site and client teams
Ensure compliance with site processes and procedures
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
Support general logistical or administrative tasks to keep services running smoothly
What you bring:
Experience working in a mail room or business support environment
A responsible attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
A positive “can-do” mindset and the ability to work well in a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise work
