Business Support Centre Operative
Location: Kingston | Permanent | Full Time | £14.62 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00 or 08:30–17:00

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Business Support Centre Operative to join our team at the Unilever site in Kingston. If you enjoy supporting others, take pride in your work and thrive in a busy environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly and professional team delivering high-quality business support and mail room services.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver daily mail room operations, including sorting, distribution, and dispatch of mail and packages

  • Provide business support tasks as required by the site and client teams

  • Ensure compliance with site processes and procedures

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members

  • Support general logistical or administrative tasks to keep services running smoothly

What you bring:

  • Experience working in a mail room or business support environment

  • A responsible attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks

  • A positive “can-do” mindset and the ability to work well in a team

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise work
