Location: 100 Victoria Embankment, Blackfriars, London
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Job Introduction
We’re currently recruiting a Barista to join our team at Unilever 100ve, part of the UK Corporate Services segment at Sodexo. If you’re a skilled and enthusiastic coffee professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant workplace.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee and hot beverages.

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers.

• Maintain a clean and well-stocked coffee station and service area.

• Operate the till and handle all transactions accurately.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking as needed.

• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards at all times.

• Support the wider catering team as required to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous barista experience is essential, preferably in a busy commercial or corporate environment.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.

• Strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.

• Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
