Hours: 26 hours per week

Monday-Thursday: 17:30-00:00 (occasional Sunday's required)

Rate Of Pay: £13.16 per hour, with potential for adjustment based on experience and suitability.


 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and driven Bar Supervisor to join our Corporate Services team in Norfok, PE31 6RH. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages, ensuring client and company satisfaction.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise bar operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage stocktakes, ordering, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety and food safety standards.
  • Work with central teams and suppliers to meet contractual requirements.
  • Support and develop team members to achieve operational goals.

 

Requirements

  • Personal licence is desirable but not essential – you will need to obtain this during your probation, and Sodexo will fund the course.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to engage confidently.
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing P&L accounts.
  • Knowledge of health & safety and food safety practices.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
