Hours: 5 days out of 7

Shift Patterns: 
Monday-Friday 06:00-14:30 or 12:00-20:30
Saturday 07:30-16:00
Sunday 08:30-16:30

Rate: £13.65 per hour

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Fitness Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding fitness classes, maintain excellent gym standards, and create an engaging, inclusive environment for our members. You will play a key role in motivating individuals to achieve their goals while ensuring the gym remains a safe, clean, and welcoming space. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on inspiring others and delivering exceptional fitness experiences every day.

 What You'll Do:

• Maintain gym standards and safety by keeping facilities clean, organised, and equipment properly maintained, ensuring compliance with all health and safety policies.
• Deliver high-quality fitness classes, inductions, personalised programmes, and one-to-one support for all fitness levels.
• Engage and motivate members, providing guidance, encouragement, and innovative training methods.
• Promote health, wellbeing, and activities across the site, including group sports, office-based sessions, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, building strong relationships with members to ensure an exceptional gym experience.
   

What You'll Bring:

• Certified Fitness Instructor (e.g., Level 2)
• Experience leading group fitness classes and providing gym floor support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
