About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Plumbing Technician with HVAC Experience to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plumbing systems, while also providing support for HVAC operations. This position is critical for ensuring that all plumbing and HVAC systems function safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards

The role is structured on a shift rotation among the technical team (7:00 AM–4:00 PM / 10:00 AM–7:00 PM). Periodically, the technician will also be required to participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Install and service fixtures such as sinks, toilets, valves, pumps, and water heaters.
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing and HVAC issues efficiently.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and complete tasks within SLA timeframes.
  • Supervise contractors to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate work records in the CAFM system (e.g., Maximo).

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years’ plumbing experience in Facilities Management.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Experience in a client-facing FM role.
  • Familiarity with CAFM and digital work order systems.
  • Understanding of compliance and building safety standards.
  • Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications.
  • Level 6 NQAI Plumbing qualification.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
