Job Title: Cleaning Operative – Weekday Mornings (Fixed Site)

Salary: £12.70 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shifts: 07:00am – 2:00pm, 5 days out of 7 (includes occasional weekends)

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team and help keep our site safe, clean, and hygienic. Based at a single fixed location, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys routine, takes pride in their work, and wants to make a positive impact every day.

What you’ll do:

• Carry out daily cleaning tasks to the highest hygiene and safety standards

• Support with reactive cleaning needs as they arise

• Follow all health and safety, fire safety, and COSHH regulations

• Report any issues or hazards to your line manager promptly

• Work closely with the wider team to ensure excellent service delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Previous cleaning experience is a bonus but not essential

• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn

• Great attention to detail

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible and reliable with good timekeeping
