We’re looking for a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team in St Asaph, Denbighshire. You’ll help maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day cleaning operations. What you’ll do:

  • Deliver high standards of housekeeping and cleaning across offices, laboratories, production, amenity areas, and washrooms in line with client specifications.
  • Respond to customer needs promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent service at all times.
  • Support with kitchen and service area cleanliness, including waste removal, washing up, and stock replenishment.
  • Maintain stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure all consumables are replenished.
  • Follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements, reporting hazards or near misses.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in cleaning and/or customer service within a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Good knowledge of health, safety, and food safety standards, with high levels of personal hygiene.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to service excellence, and professional appearance.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a positive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
