We are excited to be recruiting a Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal, client-facing role where you’ll be at the heart of delivering seamless Facilities Management services. As the first point of contact on-site, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional workplace experience, consistently upholding Sodexo’s high standards, values, and professional image.

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Shape the workplace experience by creating a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment for everyone on site.
  • Be a problem-solver who takes ownership of challenges, delivering timely, practical solutions.
  • Shine in a client-facing role, delivering outstanding service while ensuring standards in security, housekeeping, and health & safety.
  • Keep the workplace running smoothly by managing supplies, courier services, deliveries, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Support collaboration and innovation by setting up meeting spaces, resolving maintenance issues, and stepping into the front-of-house team when needed.
  • Champion excellence by leading safety walks, checks, and audits that ensure the site always delivers a 5-star experience.

What You Bring:

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Flexible, service-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in balancing multiple deadlines while remaining self-motivated and resilient.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong PC skills.
  • Team player who communicates effectively at all levels and supports a collaborative “one team” culture.
