What You Bring:

  • Passionate & Driven – Brings genuine enthusiasm for the industry with hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments. Formal qualifications are not essential — a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow is key.
  • Skilled & Organised – Confident using IT and Microsoft Office, with strong communication, time management, and organisational skills. 
  • Culinary Expertise – In-depth understanding of food production techniques, allergen management, and food safety standards, with a commitment to consistency and quality. 
  • Leadership & Collaboration – Proven ability to lead, inspire, and support team members while managing your own performance to a high standard. 
  • Resilient & Detail-Focused – Performs well under pressure, upholds high standards, welcomes feedback, and is always looking for ways to improve.
