- Job Title: Planner/Scheduler

- £26000 Salary + Bonus

- 37.5 hours per week. 5 out of 7 days. 7am to 3pm / 8am to 4pm
What You'll Do:
Act as a Super User for the CAFM system, assisting users with training, password, and device issues.
Schedule and report maintenance plans, including programming the CAFM system in line with SFG, HTM, and other guidance.
Monitor system performance against:
PPM schedule
Reactive maintenance
Handle telephone calls from the trust, providing high-level customer service.
Collect and provide data related to all estate maintenance operations.
Collate and manage digital and paper records and filing in line with the Sodexo Quality system.
Manage day-to-day operation, security, and upkeep of CAFM system operator’s tablet units, including setup.
Maintain good communication channels.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled reports to the client, plus any ad hoc reports; including but not limited to:
Reactive Extension requests
Denied Access reports
Daily Reactive & PPMs due to fail
Represent Sodexo in applicable working groups to ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation and site-specific Health, Safety, and Welfare policies.
Maintain formal and informal communication with Trust managers about service activities and working groups; develop good relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels.
Provide administrative support and advice for Hard FM staff as required.
Cooperate and work closely with the helpdesk team to ensure effective management, development, and operation of the CAFM system.
Comply with safe systems of work at all times.
What You Bring:
Proven experience within a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities
Demonstrates problem-solving aptitude using a logical approach
Performs well under pressure
Able to interact effectively with people at all levels
Effective team player
Awareness of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters
Willingness to attend external and internal training courses as required
Computer literate
Good verbal and written communication skills (must demonstrate)
Good level of mathematical skills
Desirable:
Previous experience within a Health Service context
Mature approach when working with Hard FM groups
Specialist knowledge relevant to the healthcare environment
Previous experience using SharePoint and Maximo CAFM systems
